This 40-grit flap disc is durably built with a Type 29 shape for aggressive grinding applications and its high-quality zirconium abrasive grain quickly removes stock. Its iron- and sulfur-free construction reduces oxidizable particles left behind on finished surfaces to help prevent rust, while a coating slows moisture exposure for extended disc life. The conical 10° flap arrangement improves grinding ergonomics for easier tool handling.
